Although the Lower Studio is a comfortable place to stay, there's more to enjoy upstairs! There you will find a huge lounge area, bookshelf library, tequila bar, juice bar, cantera fountain and a large lap pool, all with amazing views!

The newly remodeled Lower Studio, formerly The Bedroom, is now actually a studio, with its new kitchenette! It can be utilized independently or as a second bedroom to any of the Apartments in the Villa. The Lower Studio, with it's unique style and design, offers a cozy yet spacious place to stay. It has an ocean view, Queen size bed, A/C, covered balcony, bar fridge, gas stove, microwave, coffeemaker, ice maker, fine cookware, and much more. It is one level down from the Grand Living area , allowing you to easily access and utilize the pool, lounge areas, juice bar, revolver bar, and our beautiful new fountain, all yours to use at your leisure. The Lower Studio is an excellent alternative to the common hotel room.
